PARK JI-MIN
Jimin, whose full name is Park Ji-min, was born on October 13, 1995 in Geumjeong District, Busan, South Korea. His age his 25 now he’ll turn 26 this year on October 13.
During middle school, he attended Just Dance academy & learned popping & locking. So while as a student at the Busan High School of Arts, where he studied under the Department of Dance, a dance teacher who was impressed by Jimin’s talent, encouraged him to audition for Big Hit Entertainment. And after he passed the audition in his hometown in Busan Jimin was flown to Seoul, and became a trainee. He was the last member to join BTS and as the last member, Jimin’s training was the shortest in the band. And he debuted with the rest of his members in 2013. He is the third youngest member of BTS. He is also called a Mochi or Manggae-duc by ARMY because of his full cheeks & cute personality and he is also known as Chimchim.
KIM TAE-HYUNG
Kim Tae-Hyung was born on December 30, 1995 in Daegu, South Korea and grew up in Geochang country. He was the son of farmers in Daegu.
He wanted to become a professional singer and started playing the saxophone in high school, at his father’s recommendation. Later he accompanied his friend to an audition for Big Hit Entertainment in Daegu. He didn’t intend to audition and was only there to support his friend, but a team member at Big Hit saw him & encouraged him to audition. After he called his father for permission and auditioned on the spot & became the only person from Daegu that day to make it to the next round. He eventually became a member of BTS. He as the sixth member to join BTS and is one of the band’s Sub-Vocal. His is also called as V or Tae-Tae by army. He is the second youngest member of BTS. In 2016, v made his acting debut with a supporting role in KBS2’s historical drama Hwarang: the poet warrior youth under his real name.
JEON JUNG-KOOK
Jeon Jung-kook was born on September 1, 1997 in Busan, South Korea. His age is 23 now and he’ll turn 24 this year on September. He is BTS’s main vocals and is the youngest member of the band. His is also called as Jungkook, Kookie or bunny.
Jungkook was discovered when he auditioned for the third seasonkf Superstar K in his hometown of Busan. He was eliminated in the audition round, but the show have him enough exposure to be scouted by at least seven agencies including JYP Entertainment, ENC Entertainment & Starship Entertainment. But in the end he chose Big Hit Entertainment to become a trainee at. Jungkook has said that the reason to chose Big Hit Entertainment over the other agencies was because of RM, who impressed him with his rapping, which made Jungkook want to train and work with him. He was the fifth member to join BTS. In June 2012, he appeared in Jo Kwon’s “I’m Da One” music video & also worked as a backup dancer for Glam before his debut.
